Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before enrolling your child in the summer camp, classes, or writing clubs provided by our company. By enrolling your child, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Registration and Enrollment:
a. Enrollment in the summer camp, classes, or writing clubs is open to children between the ages of 7 and 12 for the summer camp, and ages 6 to 14 for classes and writing clubs.
b. Parents or legal guardians must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information about their child, including emergency contact details and any relevant medical information.
Program Details:
a. Our company offers summer workshop camps for children aged 7 to 12, academic school-year classes for children aged 6 to 14, and seasonal writing clubs for children aged 6 to 14.
b. The programs are designed to help children develop writing skills, become authors, and build confidence.
c. The program schedule, duration, curriculum, and activities may vary and will be communicated to parents or legal guardians in advance.
Payment and Refunds:
a. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for paying the applicable fees for the summer camp, classes, or writing clubs.
b. For camps and events, payment must be made in full at the time of registration. For individual classes and clubs, payment must be made in full at the beginning of each month (4 weeks), unless otherwise specified.
c. Refunds are available only if requested before the program start date, subject to any applicable cancellation fees.
d. No refunds will be provided after the program start date, except in exceptional circumstances at the company's discretion.
Code of Conduct:
a. Children must demonstrate respectful and appropriate behavior towards fellow peers, teaches, editors, staff, and property.
b. Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, inclusivity, and positive behavior towards peers, instructors, and staff members.
c. Bullying, harassment, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and the company reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action, including termination of participation without refund, if necessary.
d. Parents/guardians will be informed promptly if their child's behavior is not in line with the company's code of conduct.
Health and Safety:
a. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child is physically and mentally capable of participating in the program.
b. Parents/guardians are responsible for notifying the instructors, editors, and/or staff of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs of their child.
c. In case of any medical emergency, the staff will take necessary steps to ensure the safety and well-being of the child, and if necessary, seek appropriate medical assistance.
Liability:
a. While our company takes reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of participants, we are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm that may occur during the program.
b. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for their child's personal belongings brought to the program premises.
c. Teachers, editors, organizers, staff and/or volunteers, will not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the camp.
Photography and Media:
a. Our company may capture photographs or videos of participants during the program for promotional purposes.
b. Upon enrollment, parents must specify in writing if they grant the company the right to use such media without compensation or approval.
c. Teachers, editors, and staff of All the Write Colors may use these media materials for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website content, social media, and marketing materials.
Modifications and Cancellations:
a. Our company reserves the right to modify or cancel the program, including dates, times, curriculum, or activities, due to unforeseen circumstances.
b. In the event of program cancellation, registered participants will be provided with a refund of any fees paid.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas.
b. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.
By enrolling your child in our summer camp, classes, or writing clubs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
